This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home. What You'll Do Device Lifecycle Management: Assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping Office IT Support: Provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our San Francisco office AV Support: Ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably End-User Support: Handle inbound support requests and be a friendly first point of contact for the team Onboarding: Run IT onboarding calls for new joiners New IT Projects: Contribute to Tech Ops initiatives Automation and Tooling: Build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work Documentation: Write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides What You Bring A friendly, end-user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
