Operations Support Associate – Warehouse, Logistics & Quality Component Dynamics is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Support Associate to help with warehouse, logistics, and basic quality tasks. This is a hands‑on role supporting the flow of materials and documentation throughout the organization. We’re open to a range of backgrounds — warehouse experience, early career, or someone looking to grow in operations. The schedule can be full‑time or part‑time depending on the right fit. What you’ll do Receive and organize incoming materials Prepare and support outgoing shipments Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse organization Assist with documentation, data entry, and general operations support Perform basic quality checks (training provided) Follow ESD-safe and internal handling procedures What you bring Attention to detail and accuracy Comfort in a hands‑on warehouse environment Basic computer and documentation skills Willingness to learn and work as part of a small, collaborative team Interest in operations, logistics, or quality work Nice to have: experience in warehousing or shipping/receiving; interest in electronics or technical products. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 15–20 lbs as needed. Ability to stand, move, and handle materials for portions of the day.
