Your warmth and flexibility will be key in helping us thrive together.Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Organization & MaintenanceMaintain household organization systems (closets, storage, pantry, toys).Reset and tidy rooms daily; maintain overall neatness, ensure home is prepped for cleaning servicesOversee household schedules and calendarsConduct seasonal swaps (clothing, décor, bedding, etc.)Prepare and coordinate donation drop-offs and pick-upsSupport packing/unpacking for school tripsSupervise or coordinate with service providers/vendors (e.g., handymen, cleaners, landscapers)Load/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high traffic areasInventory & ErrandsTrack and restock pantry, fridge, toiletries, and household suppliesCreate and manage running household supply listsCoordinate and manage household orders (Amazon, Costco, Target, etc.)Run errands: grocery shopping, medication pickups, returns, dry cleaning, library dropoffsHandle package pickup, mail sorting, and deliveriesMeal SupportPlan and prep healthy breakfasts, dinners, and snacks for adults and kids 2-3 days a weekPack Friday school lunchesShop for groceries and meal-related itemsFollow dietary needs and family preferences (Kosher-Style)Clean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidinessFamily SupportAssist with afternoon school/activity pick-ups and coordinate carpool.Occasional support for morning drop-offs with advance noticeHelp with child-related activities, doctor appointments, or errandsAdministrative & Personal Assistant SupportHelp with travel planning, scheduling, and logisticsManage family calendars and remindersAssist with occasional receipt tracking and record-keepingAssist with the coordination of events and appointmentsLaundry & LinensWash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (e.g., clothing, bedding, towels)Stain treatment and garment/delicates careManage linens: refresh towels, restock essentials, keep linen closet organizedKeep laundry areas tidy and well-stocked with suppliesPet CareAssist with occasionally feeding and walking the family dogSchedule vet and grooming appointmentsKeep pet supplies stocked and organizedVehicle ManagementSchedule and oversee maintenance, oil changes, and inspectionsEnsure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organizedVendor & Property OversightSchedule and supervise service providers (cleaners, contractors, landscapers)Research and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and quotesOversee outdoor spaces, pick up yard waste, and address seasonal maintenance needsServe as primary contact for vendors or guestsSpecial ProjectsOrganize special projects: seasonal decorations, gear rotation.How to ApplyTo apply, please submit a short introduction letter, an updated resume, and 3 professional references with contact information.
