About the Opportunity: You will provide conference room and on-demand audiovisual support, including equipment setup, configuration, scheduling, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Diagnose, repair, align, and document equipment malfunctions and deficiencies to ensure reliable operation of audiovisual systems used in meeting rooms, desktop environments, and video teleconferencing locations. Maintain positive customer relationships by providing technical assistance, monitoring meetings, coordinating repairs, and delivering basic user training as needed. What You'll Do:

• Support conference room and ad-hoc audio/visual technical services as needed. These services include connecting, configuring, troubleshooting, uninstalling audio/visual devises (desktops, laptops, specialized projection devices, etc.) that are used to display digital data onto screens and/or monitors.
• Provide setups and scheduling for audio visual requirements
• Responsible to perform basic equipment maintenance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, repair, align, and document failed equipment and deficiencies including basic preventive maintenance, basic installation, maintain, repair, and modify audio visual equipment to be used on video teleconference locations or at the desktop.
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to address problems or coordinates to repair malfunctions.
• Maintain effective customer communications and relations.
• May provide minimal onsite training of customer user personnel for audiovisual systems, monitor meetings and provide support as directed.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AV Technician
• Minimum 2 years of experience in AV/VTC equipment including Cisco VTC
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consisting of operating systems such as Windows, Unix/Linux, and Apple deliveries, terminations and setups

• You are comfortable with live room debugging.
• Experience in hospitality.

Additional Information:

• Able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

• Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
