Job Description Job Description Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Job Description Job Summary KS Staffing Group is currently hiring a Dispatching Clerk for a distribution warehouse in Jersey Village. This position involves managing the full dispatching process, coordinating shipments, communicating with drivers and warehouse staff, and maintaining accurate records using warehouse systems and computer software. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy, communication, and efficiency. Jersey Village, TX 77064 1st Shift: $16 - $18 per hour Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments Communicate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers regarding deliveries and pickups Enter and update shipment information accurately in company systems Prepare dispatch paperwork, shipping documents, and reports Monitor delivery schedules and resolve dispatch issues as needed Maintain organized records and support warehouse logistics operations Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures Requirements Previous dispatching, logistics, or warehouse office experience preferred Strong computer and system navigation skills required Experience with warehouse management systems or shipping software is a plus Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment Bilingual is a plus Qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview after their application has been reviewed.
