- Active Illinois Medical License (or eligibility to obtain) - Required
- DEA - Required
Certifications / Qualifications
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology - Required
- Completion of OB/GYN Residency - Required
- ACLS - Required
- CPR - Required (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- NRP - Required (within 6 months if not current)
- Current Fetal Monitoring Course (within the last 2 years) - Required
Practice Details
- Specialty: OB/GYN

- Patient Volume: 20-25 Patients per Day
- Deliveries: Approximately 20-25 per Month
- Level II Nursery

- 2 OB/GYN Physicians
- 1 Nurse Practitioner
- 1 Certified Nurse Midwife
