Additional Job Description West Virginia University School of Medicine and the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute seek an Electrophysiologist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, West Virginia. Depending on operational needs, a successful candidate may also be assigned to provide services at additional work sites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. In such instances, travel will be anticipated and expected to fulfill duties at these additional sites. Duties Practice in the area of electrophysiology, providing excellent patient care. Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) and eligibility for a state medical license. Completed an internal medicine residency, a cardiovascular disease fellowship, and an electrophysiology fellowship. Board certified or board‑eligible in electrophysiology. All qualifications met by the time of appointment. Schedule Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Exempt status: United States of America (Exempt) Location 1 Medical Center Drive, Morgantown, West Virginia.
