Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments via telehealth to identify clients' needs and establish therapeutic goals.

• Design individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and aspirations of each client, adapting as necessary with ongoing progress evaluations.

• Deliver direct therapeutic intervention, utilizing evidence-based methods in your sessions to treat clients facing mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Engage and collaborate with family members when appropriate, creating a supportive environment that fosters holistic healing.

• Regularly monitor client progress by conducting follow-up assessments and adjusting treatment strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Washington State (MFT).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical mental health counseling.

• Strong foundation in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues.
