Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, establishing a clear understanding of their needs and treatment goals.

• Collaboratively create individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage clients and their families in educational discussions about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Monitor and track client progress closely, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
