For details, visit About The Role LaSalle Network is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a seven-person recruiting team in Elmhurst, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. What You'll Do Support special projects for the recruiting team Assist with interview scheduling and day-to-day recruiting coordination Review resumes and confirm basic candidate information, including licensure status, as needed Work within iCIMS and support text-based recruiting campaigns Use Dayforce, SharePoint and WebEx as core daily tools Provide additional administrative and recruiting support to keep hiring processes moving efficiently What You Bring No prior professional recruiting experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Elmhurst five days per week Interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition Why This Role Build hands-on experience in talent acquisition and recruiting operations Gain exposure to widely used recruiting and HR technology, including iCIMS and Dayforce Work alongside an established recruiting team and learn the fundamentals of the hiring process Strong potential for permanent placement through the contract-to-hire structure Opportunity to develop transferable recruiting, coordination and candidate management skills LNOSHR LaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
