Neuroscience Account Manager (Psychiatry) - Miami, FL South

Primary Responsibilities Execute and promote products in alignment with sales strategy in the assigned territory. Collaborate with the Neuroscience District Sales Manager on day-to-day sales and product promotion direction. Analyze local market; develop, execute, and monitor performance to maximize product use. Maintain current knowledge of product, disease, competition, and market reimbursement. Determine, implement, and monitor optimal resource allocation (budgets, time, etc.). Communicate persuasively using advanced selling and negotiation skills to target audiences. Identify, build, and leverage advocacy channels. Secure product access and reimbursement within institutional systems as needed. Manage travel and promotional budget. Complete monitoring and reporting (expenses and call reporting) using approved systems. Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Meet industry-standard credentialing requirements for healthcare providers/customer facilities/state/local governments. Education & Experience Requirements BS/BA with GPA > 3.0. Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical sales experience preferred (may consider “Associate” if not met). Atypical anti‑psychotic and/or orphan drug experience preferred. Specialty experience in psychiatry, bipolar, depression, CNS, or pain management preferred. Reimbursement experience preferred. Existing relationships (or within 24 months) with psychiatrists and/or Community Mental Health Centers in territory preferred. Skills/Requirements Valid driver’s license and clean driving history. Self‑starter; goal/results driven; “hunter” mentality; strong territory knowledge. Ability to travel (including overnights) and attend meetings outside normal hours; must reside within territory geography. Excellent communication; strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Computer proficient; may require lifting/moving up to 15 pounds.
