Responsibilities Provide courteous customer service, answer questions, and facilitate parking for guests. Collect payment for parking services and handle cash accurately. Control traffic flow at entrances and exits as needed. Maintain neat and clean uniform and appearance at all times. Give directions and help guests find locations within the venue. Report accidents, safety hazards, or policy violations to the Facility or Senior Manager. Communicate debris, spills, and other conditions to management. Count money at shift start, maintain cash security, and verify shift totals. Availability to work special shifts, including 3rd shift and weekends. Ability to read simple instructions, communicate verbally, and write simple correspondence. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division with two‑digit numbers). Ability to maintain a neat appearance and stay in uniform. Ability to stand, walk, handle cash, lift up to 25 pounds, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Salary Wage : $18.50 to $19.20 per hour. Tips may be earned in addition to the posted rate.
