We currently have an immediate opening for a Mechanical Assembler located in City of Industry, California. This position is temporary with the opportunity for permanent employment. Job Summary The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling the mechanical components of Astrophysics X‑ray security machines. This role involves using handheld tools to fasten and connect parts, including large panels, while maintaining quality and safety standards. Assemblers work in a team, each completing specific tasks to build units that are utilized globally. Essential Functions Assemble mechanical components of X‑ray machines following manufacturing plans, drawings and instructions Use handheld tools to fasten, screw, and drill parts accurately Connect large panels and other components securely to machines as required Complete assembly tasks efficiently to meet production goals Education And Experience High School Diploma or GED 6 months to 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred Shift And Schedule Full‑time, M‑F, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed to support business operations Benefits & Perks Excellent medical, dental and vision benefits 401K plan with 4% employer match 11 paid holidays, 10 PTO days Free donuts on Fridays, company luncheons and year‑end party Be part of a meaningful security mission with opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
