Data Entry Specialist - No Phones

Title: Data Entry- No Phones!

Job Duties:

• Process freight invoices from vendors.
• Enter information into the system, such as addresses, weights, and charges.
• No phone work - enjoy listening to your headphones while you work!
• Perform data entry using MS Excel.
• Input client orders and information into the company database.
• Extensive use of the 10-keypad, requiring a speed of 10,000+ keystrokes per hour.
• Conduct general clerical and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of the freight industry is a plus.

Additional Info:

• Pay: $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Location: On-site at the Bloomington office.
