In this role, you will manage client communication, organize and scan documents, prepare correspondence and mailings, maintain databases, and provide general office support like answering phones and scheduling appointments.Responsibilities:Provide office support, including answering phones, assisting clients, resolving and/or referring issues or inquiries to proper staff.Manage calendar and schedule meetings for clients, prospects and outside vendors.Scan and upload tax documents into software system.Assist with various administrative functions as needed.Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of general office/clerical experienceAbility to work daytime hours Monday-Friday with potential availability for Saturday mornings.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as a part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCulture:Our team members are our most valuable assets, which is why KerberRose team members are given frequent opportunities for achievement and recognition.Core Values:HonestyIntegrityRespectBalanced LifeCommunity Oriented
