Residential Case Manager: Client Care & Coordination

Agape-Network is seeking a full-time Residential Case Manager in Sunset Corners, Florida. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of clients through their health and human services journey, coordinating court appearances, therapy sessions, and medical appointments. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in counseling or case management with severely emotionally disturbed individuals.
