Business Development Associate

Why it Matters: As a Business Development Associate, you will serve an integral role in sourcing conversations with ICP prospects to drive pipeline and ultimately grow our customer base. Go deeper : Ideal candidates should have a passion for HQ's mission and values – raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other – and have the following experience: 1+ years of professional experience in a customer or client facing role - ex. business development, sales, customer service, account management, recruiting, etc. Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills, a competitive streak and a natural inclination to push oneself to be the best Strong project management skills and sales fundamentals Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and comfort with regularly speaking with clients on the phone Eager for and receptive to feedback Nice to have: Experience managing sales pipelines including researching, prospecting new business leads, outbound outreach and prioritizing based on intent-signals is a plus Proficiency using CRM software to manage sales processes and pipelines Dont forget : Axios HQ believes in fair and equitable pay.
