Corporate Associate (3-6 yrs.) - San Francisco

Our client, an internationally recognized law firm, is seeking a Corporate Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join its San Francisco office. The ideal candidate will have experience at a large or sophisticated mid-sized law firm and a strong background in venture capital and growth equity transactions, representing both companies and investors. This role also requires meaningful experience advising private companies on day-to-day corporate matters. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on venture capital and growth equity financings from both company and investor perspectives Provide ongoing counsel to private companies on corporate governance, strategic matters, and general business issues Collaborate with cross-office and national teams on complex transactions Take ownership of key workstreams and client relationships Engage directly with clients and contribute to high-level strategic discussions Qualifications 3–6 years of corporate experience at a large or sophisticated mid-sized law firm Significant experience with venture capital and growth equity financings Strong private company counseling backgroundDemonstrated ability to manage matters independently and take ownership of projects Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset Opportunity This is a compelling opportunity to join a highly regarded global platform known for its commitment to excellence in client service.
