Customer Account Manager

Morgan Hunter is partnering with a growing organization to add a Customer Account Manager to its team. This role will manage detailed customer orders from start to finish while partnering closely with sales, customers, and warehouse teams. Its a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants room to grow within a close-knit company.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage detailed customer orders from entry through delivery
- Partner with sales representatives to support customers and assigned territories
- Coordinate shipping, freight, and order logistics with warehouse teams
- Troubleshoot shipping issues, damages, returns, and credits
- Manage custom packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements
- Generate customer invoices and maintain accurate order information
- Build strong relationships with customers and respond to time-sensitive requests
- Maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of orders and changing priorities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of order management, customer service, sales support, or related experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Collaborative team player who is adaptable and comfortable with change
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage demanding requests
- NetSuite experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
