Collaborate with industry leaders to redefine embodied intelligence.Job DescriptionHead of Strategic Partnerships OverviewThe Head of Strategic Partnerships will lead global partnership strategies within the Physical AI ecosystem, focusing on robotics and AI advancements.Collaborate with founders to establish strategic relationships and expand the organization’s commercial footprint globally, with emphasis on Asia and Southeast Asia.Drive initiatives to accelerate revenue growth, market expansion, and regional presence in key international markets.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings to build and nurture partnerships.Engage with technical and business audiences to align partnership strategies with organizational goals.Contribute to shaping the product roadmap by integrating partner and customer feedback.Stay informed of emerging trends in robotics, AI infrastructure, and Physical AI to identify new opportunities.This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of AI-powered robotics collaboration and scaling.Head of Strategic Partnerships Key Responsibilities & DutiesDevelop and execute global partnership strategies across robotics, embodied AI, and advanced manufacturing sectors.Build and expand relationships with AI labs, robotics companies, OEMs, and strategic partners.Identify and secure commercial partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.Lead initiatives in Asia, especially Southeast Asia, to establish and grow regional presence.Negotiate partnership agreements and manage executive-level relationships for long-term success.Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align product development with partner needs.Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings globally.Monitor industry trends to identify and capitalize on emerging partnership opportunities.Head of Strategic Partnerships Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.8+ years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Alliances within AI or robotics sectors.Deep understanding of Physical AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or embodied AI landscapes.Significant experience building relationships across Asia, particularly Southeast Asia.Proven ability to negotiate and manage strategic commercial partnerships.Existing network within robotics companies, AI startups, hardware manufacturers, or research organizations.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
