BakerNothing Bundt Cakes in Altamonte Springs, Florida is seeking a full time baker to join our new bakery opening team! This candidate will be responsible for creating delicious and unique bundt cakes for our customers to enjoy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full time, hourly position with competitive pay based on experience. As a valued team member, you will also receive discounts on Nothing Bundt Cakes products.Responsibilities:Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of bundt cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes' recipes and standardsFollow all food safety and sanitation guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaProvide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases and inquiriesCreate a welcoming and friendly environment for guestsCommunicate with management to ensure adequate inventory of baking suppliesWork collaboratively with other team members to ensure all orders are completed in a timely mannerMaintain quality control by inspecting all baked goods before they are packaged and soldKeep up to date with current promotions, new products, and specialsRequirements:Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment or culinary program preferredKnowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients a plusAbility to read and follow recipes accuratelyStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent customer service and communication skillsMust be able to work on weekends and holidaysMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsMust have reliable transportation to and from workNothing Bundt Cakes is an equal opportunity employer.
