The D.C. office of an International Law Firm has a new, exciting Legal Assistant opportunity for a Spanish-speaking, recent college graduate looking to start their career in the legal field! The Assistant will have the opportunity to work with a variety of practice groups and gain valuable, hands-on experience. The Legal Assistant must have: a fluency in Spanish, an undergraduate degree, excellent Word & Excel skills, and the ability to juggle many projects & deadlines simultaneously.
Responsibilities Include:
• Translate documents for attorney review
• Facilitate conversations in English and Spanish languages
• Organize and manage files while maintaining accuracy and integrity
• Assistant in preparing legal documents

Qualifications Include:
• BA Degree
• Prior experience working in a professional office
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• MSOffice proficiency

Compensation:
• $52K annually
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
