Duties:
- Oversee, manage and coordinate activities of the CNAs
- Provide compassionate patient care
- Assist with all patient needs to include vital signs, meal preparation, personal hygiene, and required documentation.
- Scheduling and hiring
- Performs staff education and monitor CNA hours
Qualifications:
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Louisiana
- CPR Certified
- Patient care oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Reliable transportation
- Long-term care experience required
- Previous CNA supervisory and scheduling experience required
