Salesforce Analyst

The Salesforce Data & Reporting Analyst/Senior Analyst will work in a fast-paced, agile environment, responsible for identifying and collecting data sources, analyzing and extracting key data and information, evaluating and monitoring data quality, managing Salesforce data integration, and ensuring data integrity and quality to meet the organization’s information system needs. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end data integration in Salesforce Assist and participate in data validation and cleaning to ensure the quality and integrity of data Analyze and extract key data and information to meet the organization’s information system needs Assist data users with validating data and troubleshooting Salesforce data integrity issues Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to align system capabilities with business’ evolving needs Act as a resource for team members for troubleshooting and support Required Qualifications 1‑2 years of Salesforce data integration, administration, and reporting related experience (or for Senior, 3+ years of experience) Experience leveraging/writing SQL in database integration and data transfer projects Salesforce Platform Administrator/System Administrator certification Salesforce App Builder certification Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Platform Administrator 2/Advanced System Administrator Salesforce Platform Data Architect Salesforce Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect Compensation & Benefits The expected salary range for this position is $55,000‑$95,000 (or $70,000‑$130,000 for Senior), with potential discretionary variable compensation based on performance.
