Builder Sales & Design Consultant

The Norfolk Companies seeks a Builder Sales & Design Consultant to support contractors and homeowners with kitchen, bath, and building materials solutions. In this customer-facing role, you’ll manage sales leads, develop project estimates, and create functional, attractive designs using design software. You’ll partner closely with builders, remodelers, and internal teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time deliveries. Ideal candidates bring construction or building materials knowledge, strong sales skills, and a collaborative mindset that reflects our family-founded, craftsmanship-focused culture. Responsibilities Generate and manage sales with builders, remodelers, and homeowners. Consult with customers to understand project needs and budgets. Create kitchen and bath layouts using design software. Prepare accurate quotes, bids, and materials takeoffs. Coordinate orders, deliveries, and project timelines with internal teams. Maintain product knowledge of building materials and design options. Build long-term customer relationships through responsive service. Resolve issues with orders, measurements, or installations. Track opportunities and follow up on leads to meet sales targets. Collaborate across Norfolk divisions to provide integrated solutions.
