Windshield Repair Technician

As a Professional Windshield Repair Technician, you’ll service our customers by discovering, assessing, and repairing windshield damage on fleet vehicles. You’ll represent the company by ensuring every repair meets our high standards and every customer receives the level of service Save-A-Shield is known for.

What We Provide

· All tools and uniforms provided at no cost

· Competitive starting pay: $19/hr

· 90-day performance review/raise

· Annual performance-based wage increases

· Mileage reimbursement: 62.5¢ per mile

· Comprehensive paid training program

What You’ll Do

· Travel your assigned route to service existing customers

· Assess windshield damage and perform high-quality repairs

· Communicate clearly with customers, co-workers, and management

· Represent Save-A-Shield with professionalism and integrity

What We’re Looking For

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Fluent in spoken and written English

· Ability to work independently and outdoors

· Cell phone with text capability

· Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

What is Required

· Valid Driver’s License

· Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance and registration

· High school diploma or GED required
