What You'll Do As a Patient Scheduling Representative, you'll serve as an important connection between patients and healthcare services by:

* Scheduling patient appointments accurately and efficiently
* Communicating appointment details and important information to patients
* Maintaining and updating electronic patient and scheduling records
* Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Following established scheduling procedures and guidelines
* Meeting daily productivity and quality expectations
* Providing exceptional customer service while handling a high volume of calls
* Collaborating with team members and leadership to support patient needs
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
* Minimum of *2 years of recent call center experience*
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to think quickly, problem-solve, and remain professional under pressure
* Adaptability and willingness to support different teams or departments as needed

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
