Accountant Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accountant / Bookkeeper to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, strong organizational skills, and experience working within an ERP system, preferably Rubicon ERP. This position will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting daily accounting operations, and ensuring timely financial reporting. Responsibilities Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting functions Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Maintain the general ledger and journal entries Prepare monthly financial reports and account reconciliations Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures Process customer invoices and vendor payments Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records Prepare sales tax and other required filings Work closely with management on financial reporting and budgeting Maintain accurate records within Rubicon ERP Assist with payroll processing (preferred but not required) Support outside CPA during tax preparation and annual reviews Qualifications 3–5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Experience with Rubicon ERP strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles Excellent organizational and time-management skills High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Preferred Experience Manufacturing, industrial supply, or distribution accounting Inventory accounting Payroll processing Job costing ERP implementation or system maintenance #J-18808-Ljbffr World Wide Rigging
