What You'll Do

• Provide critical care nursing expertise across a variety of ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and SICU/NCCU
• Float to different ICUs based on staffing needs and patient acuity, adhering to float policies for unit compatibility
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and other advanced critical care procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shifts
• Follow hospital protocols and standards of care

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license or ability to obtain one
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• At least 2 years of ICU experience in a similar setting
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
• Skilled in IV starts, telemetry monitoring, ventilator management
• Ability to float within various ICU units of equivalent or lower acuity

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
