Baton Rouge‑based: In‑office, rooted in the community. Job Details We are seeking a polished, proactive Administrative Assistant to support our leadership team and broader organization. This role is the connective tissue of our office — keeping people organized, events running smoothly, and communications sharp. The right person is highly organized, a strong writer, comfortable on their feet, and takes pride in doing whatever it takes to keep the business moving. What You’ll Do Support the President and senior leadership team with scheduling, communications, and presentation preparation. Coordinate and execute quarterly town hall meetings, compiling and polishing slides using the company’s template. Plan and execute company events, sales meetings, customer visits, lunches, and catering logistics. Lead the associate‑driven social committee. Draft company‑wide emails and internal communications on behalf of leadership. Make announcements and present information during company meetings. Provide administrative support across multiple departments (Quality, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Operations, Training, Warehouse). Handle quality support tasks: document revisions, record review, basic reporting, tracking overdue quality items. Assist with sales support: meeting prep, customer training coordination, on‑call program scheduling. Manage general office functions: greeting guests, phones, supplies, minor IT troubleshooting, and offsite errands. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of administrative support experience to mid‑ or senior‑level management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable presenting in front of groups and making live announcements. Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up and attention to detail. Proactive, resourceful, and tech‑savvy; research and problem‑solve independently. Professional, discreet, and adaptable; handle confidential matters with judgment. Comfortable with all responsibilities, including ordering meals and hands‑on logistics. Industrial industry experience preferred; strong transferable experience welcomed.
