Benefits Coordinator - Human Resources

The Benefits Coordinator supports leave administration and employee benefits operations for onsite HR teams in Reno, NV. Key Responsibilities Track and maintain all leave of absences , including obtaining appropriate medical certifications. Send appropriate correspondence and communicate with employees in line with FMLA , CFRA , and all other applicable regulations. Administer the 401(k) plan . Track benefits deductions in HRIS and complete appropriate adjustments. Perform reconciliation and payment processing for monthly benefit invoices . Provide appropriate communication regarding benefit updates and changes . Answer benefit-related questions . Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required, or at least 3 years of experience in benefits administration. Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, such as health , dental , and vision coverage, preferred . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Microsoft Office skills required. Technology & Compliance HRIS (benefits deduction tracking and adjustments). Microsoft Office . FMLA and CFRA .
