The Closers Title Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced--Senior Title Closer--to manage high-volume residential and commercial transactions in a fast-paced environment.This role is best suited for a--licensed Florida Title Agent--who can independently handle--30-40+ files per month from start to finish--with accuracy, efficiency, and strong communication.This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a--proven closer--who takes ownership of their files, resolves issues proactively, and consistently meets deadlines.We are actively hiring and aiming to fill this role quickly.Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle residential and commercial closings from intake through final title policyReview and approve settlement statements, closing disclosures, and loan documentsClear title requirements and resolve liens, judgments, and title defectsCoordinate funding and execute accurate disbursement of fundsEnsure timely recording of legal documentsIssue final title policies once all requirements are metAnalyze title searches and public records for accuracy and riskReview surveys, legal descriptions, and platsCommunicate with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and clients throughout the transactionWork closely with processors, including remote teams, to maintain workflow efficiencyPrepare title abstracts and title opinions when requiredQualifications:Non-Negotiable RequirementsActive Florida Title Agent LicenseIn-office availability in Hollywood, FL5+ years of title closing experienceProven ability to manage 30-40+ files per month independentlyExperience working with processors (including remote processors)Proficiency with title software (Qualia preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to perform under deadlines in a high-volume environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbout CompanyGrimaldi Law Firm is a dedicated Estate Planning law firm committed to helping individuals and families protect their futures with confidence.
