Position Overview
Rosenberg & Rosenberg, P.A. is seeking a full-time Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in our Hollywood, Florida office. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional with 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of case management throughout the litigation process.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage case deadlines, court filings, and calendars.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and expert witnesses.
- Organize and maintain case files and litigation documents.
- Prepare for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal experience.
- Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court filing requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software. FileVine preferred.
- Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client service.
