The Recruiter will manage recruiting assignments of varying complexity, including sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating experience and qualifications, and representing candidates to our Business Development team and clients. Manage the recruiting process from initial sourcing and candidate identification through interview, submission, offer, and placement. Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, database searches, and other recruiting strategies. Conduct candidate screening interviews to evaluate experience, qualifications, career goals, compensation expectations, and overall fit for client opportunities. Review client requirements, job descriptions, and position profiles to identify the skills, experience, and keywords necessary to locate highly qualified candidates. Build and maintain strong candidate relationships while serving as an advocate throughout the recruiting and interview process. Present qualified candidates to the Business Development team and/or clients with clear and accurate candidate information. Utilize recruiting platforms and sourcing tools including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter , and other recruiting and social networking resources. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records, notes, activities, and status updates within Bullhorn. Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates, internal teams, and clients. Conduct consistent candidate follow-up throughout the interview and hiring process. Assist with new-hire documentation and onboarding requirements to ensure candidates are prepared to begin assignments. Partner closely with Business Development and other recruiting team members to support multiple clients and job requisitions simultaneously. Develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future opportunities. Meet established recruiting activity, submission, placement, and performance goals. Recruiter Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of recruiting experience required. Staffing agency recruiting experience strongly preferred. Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and professional networking. Experience with Bullhorn or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred. Strong understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing techniques. Exceptional communication, presentation, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and job requisitions simultaneously. Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate candidate information. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based recruiting platforms. Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven staffing environment. Commitment to providing responsive, professional, and candidate-focused service.
