Personal Injury Legal Case Manager

A well-established, high-volume Personal Injury law firm in the Addison area is seeking an organized, motivated, and client-focused Case Manager to join the growing team. Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters under attorney supervision Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their case Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case status Request and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation Coordinate treatment updates with medical providers Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and documentation Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement documentation Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate case files Schedule appointments, inspections, and other case-related activities Maintain detailed case notes and update the firm's case management system Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience working in a law firm (personal injury experience preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, compassionate, and client-service oriented Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software High attention to detail and strong follow-through $20.00–$28.00 per hour , depending on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Stable, supportive, and collaborative work environment This is a fully in-office position in Addison, Texas.
