Consumer Insights Specialist

Role Description
Turn customer data, sign-up activity, and engagement trends into actionable insights that help drive brand growth, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
- Collect, organize, and analyze customer and campaign performance data.
- Monitor sign-up trends, engagement metrics, and customer behavior patterns.
- Identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends alongside the Data Manager.
- Maintain accurate dashboards, reports, and data records.
- Present findings and recommendations that support business strategy and decision-making.
- Assist in developing data-driven solutions to improve customer experiences and brand performance.
- Support research initiatives, surveys, and customer feedback analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data-tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify patterns and translate data into meaningful recommendations.
- Interest in consumer behavior, market trends, and business growth.
