Contract Specialist

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of assigned contracting and procurement specializations and applicable contracts including commercial and noncommercial contracts executed under the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Other Transaction Authority procedures; Planning, coordinating, negotiating, and assuring completion of approvals for long term pre-award and/or post-award procurement actions are completed within a timely manner; Evaluating cost and pricing strategies.
