Program Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Program Manager for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving program planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination while ensuring quality delivery and managing risks across project initiatives .

Rate Range: $37/Hour to $45/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


Program Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Manage end-to-end MES program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead implementation of MES solutions (Siemens Camstar/Opcenter) and ensure alignment with manufacturing goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define scope, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while maintaining project quality and adherence to standards.
• Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and program performance tracking.
• Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and continuous improvement through post-project reviews.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 8-10 years of experience in MES program/project management within manufacturing environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Camstar/Opcenter MES implementations and manufacturing domain programs.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end MES lifecycle execution, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation across large-scale programs.

Pay Details: $37.00 to $45.00 per hour
