Job Description:Brooks Instrument (), an industry leader in flow and pressure instrumentation for critical applications, is seeking candidates for a Human Resources Coordinator position that will be based at the company headquarters in Hatfield, Pennsylvania (suburban Philadelphia). This position helps create apositive experience for candidates, new hires, and employees by coordinating interviews, preparing fornew employee arrivals, maintaining accurate employee information, and responding to employeequestions.The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. This is an excellentopportunity for a recent graduate or an individual interested in beginning or growing a career in HumanResources.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruiting and HiringSupport recruiting activities for hourly positions, from job posting through offer and onboarding.Review applications and assist with identifying candidates who meet position requirements.Conduct initial phone screens or coordinate candidate screenings as needed.Schedule interviews and communicate interview details to candidates and hiring managers.Coordinate pre-employment activities, which may include background checks, drug screens, and other required processes.Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting records.Provide timely communication to candidates and help ensure a positive candidate experience.Assist with job fairs, recruiting events, and other outreach activities.OnboardingCoordinate onboarding activities for new employees to support a welcoming and organized first-day experience.Prepare and distribute new hire paperwork and monitor completion of required documents.Communicate start dates, schedules, and other onboarding details to new hires and internal partners.Coordinate with hiring managers and other departments to help ensure workspaces, equipment, and other resources are ready for new employees.Assist with new hire orientation and follow up on outstanding onboarding requirements.Maintain accurate and complete new hire records.Employee Support and HR AdministrationServe as a point of contact for employees with questions about benefits, company policies, and general HR processes.Assist employees with accessing benefits information and direct more complex questions to the appropriate HR team member or benefits provider.Enter and update employee information and transactions in Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.Maintain employee files and handle confidential information with discretion.Assist with HR reports, employee communications, and other administrative tasks.Support benefits enrollment activities and employee meetings as needed.Participate in other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; an associate degree will also be considered.Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support preferred.Experience supporting hourly recruiting or working in a manufacturing environment is a plus.Experience with Workday or another HR information system preferred.Required SkillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Clear written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through, and meet deadlines.Professional, approachable manner when working with employees and candidates.Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Ability to learn new systems and work both independently and collaborativelyBenefitsOur employees enjoy competitive, merit-based salary plus excellent benefits including:Health and dental insuranceCompany Paid Life InsuranceShort and Long Term Disability401K plan with generous company matchVacation, personal days and holidaysContinuing education reimbursement programFlexible spending accounts The opportunity to join a well established (80 years in business) yet dynamically changing organization that works together as a team to meet the challenges of satisfying customers’ needs and managing rapid growth to better compete in a global marketplace.ITW is an equal opportunity employer.
