Mission: Perform the weighing, packaging, and assembly of product boxes in accordance with current regulations and company specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the correct use and cleanliness of your work equipment according to plant and production area regulations.
• Continuously clean and disinfect your workspace, equipment, and utensils according to the rotation of activities.
• Packaging preparation: boxes, adhesives, sealing plastics, bags, and pallets for product delivery.
• Report possible downtime in production, excess waste production, and the quality of each scale, and summarize shift data.
• Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work norms, and efficient equipment operation, following USDA, HACCP, and SSOP inspector standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent personal hygiene, collaborative and action-oriented work.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Process tracking, able to lift up to 50 pounds, able to stand for up to 4 hours straight.
• E-Verify company.
