Accounting Clerk - legal experience preferred

Duties Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process incoming vendor invoices, match receipts, issue payments, and post daily client cash receipts. Case Cost Tracking: Enter third-party costs, filing fees, and disbursements into the firm's billing system and match them to specific client matters. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and vendor or client balances on a regular cycle. Trust & Compliance Support: Assist with basic record-keeping for client funds and IOLTA accounts under strict firm guidelines. Administrative Support: Support month-end and year-end closing processes, prepare financial reports, and maintain organized digital and physical financial files.
