Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and frequency of mood disorders, including anxiety and depression, in clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Provide clients and their families with psychoeducation regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to empower them in their mental health journey.

• Monitor client progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as needed based on ongoing evaluations and ideally with collaboration from psychiatrists or other medical professionals when appropriate.

• Stay current on developments and research related to mood disorders to continually enhance treatment methodologies and provide best practices in therapy.

• Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of client records by adhering to ethical and legal guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation.

• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to foster both individual and collective growth.
