Responsibilities Collaborate with the agent to acquire new customer accounts. Market State Farm products based on customer needs. Continually learn our insurance products, market trends, and regulations to set yourself apart in the industry. Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with personalized insurance solutions that exceed their expectations. Utilize your exceptional sales skills to generate leads, follow up on referrals, and conduct targeted outreach to potential customers. Attend company sponsored training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements 1-2 years of experience working in sales required, 3-5 years of experience preferred Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management abilities, and a self-motivated and driven attitude. Proficiency in learning and using computer systems and software. Ability to get results within an integrity-based framework.
