We produce control packages for a wide range of U.S. and global clients across chemical, data center, environmental, food & beverage, pulp & paper, material handling, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, renewables, metals, and utility markets, meeting domestic and international standards from sales through delivery. Job Summary Panelmatic is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Production Coordinator to plan and execute manufacturing processes. The role blends shop knowledge, organization, and production management to ensure on‑time delivery and high quality standards. Responsibilities Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production issues and hold owners accountable to tasks. Ensure and verify that all stage gates are completed to allow clear‑to‑build. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date production records. Support timely delivery of finished products. Monitor workflow and provide schedule updates as necessary to meet production targets. Qualifications Previous experience in metal manufacturing roles such as coordination, inventory control, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or shop management. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles. Proficiency in inventory management software. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Project management experience. Knowledge of quality control and manufacturing safety standards. High school diploma or equivalent required; 4–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Aptitude for optimizing efficiencies and working both independently and as a team.
