Handle patient registration, insurance verification, and copay collection. Maintain organized records and support the administrative team. Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus, but not required. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
