HRIS Lead (Contract) – Houston, TX. Mandatory in‑office 4 days a week, Fridays largely remote. Pay: $55–58 per hour. Responsibilities You will connect the client’s business strategy to the talent strategy and help pivot and prepare the workforce for future work, roles, and skills. Leveraging AI and analytics, you will craft a talent strategy and new skilling approach tailored to the client’s unique needs. You will collaborate with end‑to‑end network, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to scale workforce development, design sustainable skill development frameworks, and provide solutions that apply across multiple teams. Act as a subject‑matter expert and advise on strategic workforce planning, workforce experience strategy & design, and SAP SuccessFactors. Provide advanced guidance on aligning talent strategies with evolving business objectives to support long‑term transformation. Shape innovative approaches to workforce skilling by integrating emerging technologies and data‑driven insights. Influence cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to elevate the quality and impact of talent initiatives. Engage proactively with ecosystem partners to expand capabilities and accelerate workforce development. Champion continuous learning cultures by designing sustainable skill development frameworks that adapt to future workforce needs. Qualifications Must‑have skills & experience: 7–10 years of experience in HRIS and talent strategy. Nice‑to‑have skills: SuccessFactors Core HR, SAP SuccessFactors, and experience in HRIS. Industry experience not required but preferred: Oil & Gas, Industrials, Manufacturing, EPC, Oilfield Equipment & Services.
