Your client is seeking an HRIS Lead to join their team. HRIS Lead Contract Location : Houston, TX (Mandatory in office 4 days a week, Fridays mostly remote) Pay range : $55-58 per hour HRIS Lead, you will be responsible for connecting the client's business strategy to the talent strategy. Location - Houston - onsite requirement! Must‑Have Skills and Experience 7-10 Years of experience Nice‑to‑Have Skills and Experience SuccessFactors Core HR and Talent Experience HRIS Experience (Human Resources Information Systems) Industry Experience No but preferred (Oil and Gas, Industrials, Manufacturing, EPC, Oilfield Equipment & Services) Responsibilities Help the client pivot and prepare their workforce for future work, roles, and skills to enable and sustain transformation. Leverage artificial intelligence and analytics to craft a talent strategy and new skilling approach tailored to the client's unique needs. Collaborate with the end‑to‑end network, accelerators, and ecosystem partners to new skill the workforce at pace and scale, driving continuous learning and sustainable skills. Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Provide advanced guidance on aligning talent strategies with evolving business objectives to support long‑term transformation. Shape innovative approaches to workforce skilling by integrating emerging technologies and data‑driven insights. Influence cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to elevate the quality and impact of talent initiatives across the organization. Engage proactively with ecosystem partners to expand capabilities and accelerate workforce development at scale. Champion continuous learning cultures by designing sustainable skill development frameworks that adapt to future workforce needs. Qualifications Advanced proficiency in HR Delivery Strategy. Advanced proficiency in Strategic Workforce Planning, Talent Strategy, Workforce Experience Strategy & Design, and SAP SuccessFactors. Demonstrated influencing and advisory skills. Experience taking responsibility for team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and contributing to key decisions.
