As a Revenue Specialist Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring trips and shifts are billed accurately and on time. You'll work closely with Revenue Operations, Operations, and other internal partners to resolve discrepancies, support daily billing activities, and help maintain compliance with billing policies and procedures. Job Summary: This position is responsible for ensuring trips are billed according to guidelines set forth by the current contract with the customer and PTI. Why Join PTI? Identify trips that are not billable and process in CREW and the customer system. Training/Cross Training Assist other team members when required to ensure deadlines are met. Requirements Our ideal candidate would have: A high school diploma/equivalent minimally Computer experience -Excel, Word. Good communication skills - verbal and written. Proven speed and accuracy with numbers. Strong teamwork ethic. Able to work with minimal supervision. Excellent time management skills.
