This full-time position is designed for remote work, enabling you to deliver care through virtual platforms while also collaborating with colleagues during in-person team meetings at our detox center. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients through both virtual sessions and in-person visits, enabling you to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their unique emotional and psychological needs.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, nurses, and addiction specialists, to ensure holistic care and continuity of treatment for clients.

• Document client progress meticulously in electronic health records, ensuring that treatment strategies are updated with real-time insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse patient population, primarily individuals undergoing detoxification and recovery from substance abuse, as well as those facing various mental health challenges. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and it's essential to provide culturally competent care that respects each individual's unique experiences and perspectives.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
