? Position: Manual Machinist - Level 3
? Location: Clackamas, OR
? Pay: $35.00 - $44.00/hr
? Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Opti Staffing is hiring for a growing manufacturer of precision machined components specializing in close-tolerance parts, assemblies, prototyping, production runs, and CAD design. We're looking for experienced Manual Machinists to join the team!
? What You'll Do:
• Develop machining plans based on blueprint specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and GD&T
• Set up and operate manual mills and lathes (primarily lathes)
• Set up tooling and fixtures for each job
• Monitor production and make process adjustments as needed
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Hold tight tolerances of ± .001
• Perform final inspections to drawing specifications
• Troubleshoot machining issues proactively
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Ability to hold tolerances of ± .001
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to stand throughout the shift

• Precision manufacturing experience
